Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (SLT-Software, Bauer & Schmid GbR, Mittelfeldstraße 29, 70806 Kornwestheim, Germany, phone: +49 7154 8062415, e-mail: info@slt.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare your withdrawal via the withdrawal function “Withdraw from contract here” (German: “Vertrag hier widerrufen”) in the app (cancellation page, hurra-mathe.de/en/kuendigen) and submit it with the button “Withdraw now” (German: “Jetzt widerrufen”). If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by e-mail) without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Note on early performance

The subscriptions are contracts for digital services. We only begin performance before the withdrawal period expires if you expressly request this in the ordering process by ticking a separate checkbox that is not pre-selected. Your right of withdrawal remains unaffected. In the event of a withdrawal you owe the reasonable amount (compensation for value) described above; we calculate it per day according to the full days already provided in relation to the days of the paid billing period and refund the remaining amount. We store the version of the contract terms and the time of your request.

No right of withdrawal for businesses

The right of withdrawal only applies to consumers (§ 13 BGB). Orders placed by businesses, e.g. schools, school authorities or tutoring institutes in the course of their professional activity, cannot be withdrawn.
